WEB: The Life Science Workforce Engagement And Benchmarking Survey

Welcome!

The Life Science Workforce Engagement and Benchmarking Survey aligns with research from the Corporate Leadership Council (50,000 employees in 27 countries), the Gallup 12 Questions and future workplace trends and engagement as reported upon by PriceWaterhouseCoopers (2010).

Summary Overview

The WEB survey is intended to capture anticipated workplace trends from the view of the HR professional within their Life Science organization AND measure workforce engagement among the organization’s employees. The section targeting Workforce Engagement is ANONYMOUS and CONFIDENTIAL. Responses are immediately uploaded into a secure ZBglobal database. At conclusion of the survey, a robust findings report is compiled for each participating company which includes color coded ratings and question by question benchmarking graphs showcasing the organization’s results in comparison to the Life Sciences consortium. Reports are expected to be generated and returned to the participating organization on or around the week of January 17, 2011.

Workplace Trends, as authored by participating HR professionals, will be compiled into an illustrative overview and presented to participating organizations toward the end of January, 2011.
