San Diego Life Sciences Workforce Engagement Survey
Welcome!
The San Diego Life Sciences Workforce Engagement Survey has been created in partnership by the Biotech Employee Development Coalition (BEDC) and BIOCOM. The purpose of this survey is to gauge the professional climate in the greater San Diego region as viewed by the thousands of employees who are currently serving in the life sciences industries.
Results of this survey will be evaluated and presented in the form of an impact report – influencing the future direction of BEDC and BIOCOM.
This survey is free and completely confidential. It is administered, processed, and packaged by ZeroBoundary, Inc., a third party survey administrator.

The survey starts Monday, April 16, 2007 and closes on Saturday, May 5, 2007. If your company is interested in participating, please click the link below to sign up as your company's survey administrator. Once you sign up, we will provide you with your company's own unique survey login which you may distribute to individuals within your organization. Additionally, we will provide for you a separate login to monitor the progress of your respondents. |

Is the survey confidential? All organizational demographic input is confidential and all rater evaluations are anonymous. Results are captured and compiled by a third party administrator - ZeroBoundary Inc. Upon request, ZeroBoundary Inc. will provide information regarding the safeguarding of data as well as provide a written confidentiality agreement. |
