What kinds of questions and rating scale are used?

There are 5 categories within the survey targeting level of agreement in work satisfaction and engagement.

Each category has 5 questions. 25 questions total.

Each question is rated by clicking a box on a 1 to 5 scale (1=low; 5= high).

Is this survey confidential?

Individual ratings are confidential and anonymous. There are no distinguishing characteristics associated with a person’s input unless the individual provides comments which point to discriminating information.

When does the survey start and when does it end?

Begins and ends .

How will I access it?

A link will be emailed to you by your Human Resources Department.

Click on the link and enter the site.

Complete the survey in one sitting. Starting and not completing will require you to start over at the beginning.

What are the technical requirements to take the survey?

• Browser: Use Internet Explorer version 6.0+ or Firefox 1.5+
• Javascript: Javascript must be enabled.
• Cookies: Cookies must be allowed.
• Email: Unblock / remove spam filters for emails coming from surveys@zbglobal.com or support@zbglobal.com
• Email URL links: Allow links in email messages for quick login access. If this is not possible, you may copy and paste links from your email directly into your browser URL address.
